HTML make you queasy ?

I've been playing with Visual WebGui, which is, from my humble perspective, Windows Forms for Web Applications. The development experience is exactly Windows Forms.

Download it yourself, it's free and Open Source.

I'm toying with using it as the interface to a large web based media aggregator. Send me your experiences with Visual WebGui!

Seems like every other day some new development in web technology rocks my worlds. This is just another example. Would like to hear more about this approach to development. As an old C++ and VB developer, this is very attractive. But where exactly does it fit in?

You are so right. VWG targets Line Of Business application and for those it brings with it WinForms for web. Use it only if your next application is data centric, and for multi interaction scenario, other wise you might find your self using truck to transport your children to thier school.
