How do we install VS2010 beta2 if we have the beta1 version already installed?

@Joe, you need to uninstall beta 1 entirely, otherwise the setup won’t work.

Just general feedback: I can’t stand the online MSDN help and very much prefer the local help. It’s simply faster and easier to navigate than using a browser for website based help. I found out how to install the local help with VS2010, but it’s cumbersome and not part of the normal install sequence (as it used to be). I can understand Microsoft’s motivation for wanting to put all the help online and move away from local help, but it’s a terrible user experience. I don’t know if you have any influence, but is there any way to put the local help back on equal footing and/or visibility compared to all the effort being put into the online MSDN docs?
Another feedback point (but for your blog): Ajax is great, but when I submit and there’s an input validation error please don’t delete all the input I had previously entered. On my previous entry I neglected to enter my name and when I hit submit my entire comment was deleted.

Let’s hope VS 2010 should not be another vista for developers
I installed VS2010 Beta 2 today. VS2010 beta 2 looks like fancy look with slugish IDE. WPF based studio with make developers stick with VS2008. I do not understand why they had to pick WPF. I do not think one success can apply everywhere. Please switch back to none WPF based or prepare to loose developers or developers will stick with VS2008 (like VB6).
How do we install VS2010 beta2 if we have the beta1 version already installed?

I just ininstalled B1 and installed B2 – no problems for me !
