Good one, but I would point out that the updated version of this book (Professional ASP.NET 3.5 Security, Membership, and Role Management with C# and VB) has been out for several months now.
Well, I guess that’s a matter of opinion, but the updated version is a TRUE update !

When this came through in my rss reader all I got was a link to the page – not very interesting, though I suppose at least I clicked the link to see what the post was supposed to be about!
The real question behind my previous one is, has the asp.net membership system changed, improved, modified in a significant way that getting the updated book actually shows the value of it and it’s worth purchasing it.

This is an excellent read if you need to understand the whole aspect of security in asp.net.
Joe, has the ASP.NET Membership System had any major improvements in 3.5 that is worth getting the updated book?

Sorry Simon, I was playing with publish dates to force the display order
Ok, I guess I have to make a better question.
