Saying that maximumasp rocks is not doing them justice. I went up and gave them a try (hey, free trial and zero setup fee…what do I have to lose?) after the last time you blogged about them, a few months ago when they had released their MaxV plan. The customer service…is just… amazing to a level you never hear of. They’re willing to do almost everything for you, actual experts in the field answer all your questions, they setup a PTR record for me within 15 minutes of me sending an email request for it. The control panel is just top notch, up-time is absolute…I know I sound like i’m being paid for saying this, but I’m really not, they just rock that much
From reading their terms of services, you can even cancel at any time and they give you a prorated refund (if I understood well. Don’t quote me!). Wish my telephone company would do that. They get 11/10 from me. My little public facing Windows Server 2008/SQL Server 2008/Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0 installation is purring along happily.Oh, and like if its not enough, they give you some pretty cool tools by SmarterTools. Nice email server software and all. You get the serial number and a download link, and you do whatever you wish with it (those things are expensive too). If these guys did any more for their customers, they’d be paying us for using their service or something…
