I’ve been playing with yet another goodie bundle from the P&P folks.
Did you know about this ???
The Web Service Software Factory: Modeling Edition (also known as the Service Factory) is an integrated collection of resources designed to help you quickly and consistently build Web services that adhere to well-known architecture and design patterns. These resources consist of patterns and architecture topics in the form of written guidance and models with code generation in the form of tools integrated with Visual Studio 2008.

I have been trying to play with it but just wonder why software factories and related stuffs have not been updated since last more than a year? One more thing: please streamline software factories with MVC. Thanks !pmbcan
Yeah, I used it and then abandoned it….good idea, almost ok to use but in the end too many hassles.have they fixed it??for example the install on vista was a mess had to do stuff as an admin, had to mess with the vs devenv hives.files had *LONG* pathnames that would only work from C:\not from \Users\username\documents\based paths.alsoif i needed both WCF and silverlight i had to make 2 versions of the solution.and there was no fast way to set properties in the designer, to many mouse clicks when I would have liked to enter something like int, name.many small things that in the end made it not that usefull.

Elimination of paper airline tickets stands to reduce airline costs by as much."THX
